The deposit will be non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or changed within five working days.
Where a booking is cancelled, and a refund is applicable if cancellation is made before five working days, a £10 administrative fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover processing and administrative costs.

The price of the treatment is subject to change after meeting with the medical professional, who will be trained in the observation and interpretation of symptoms and will be able to provide a proper diagnosis based on an understanding of all aspects of your medical history.

Any failure by Specialist Professional Healthcare Services Limited to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Suppose any provision of the Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid. In that case, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to their intentions as reflected in the provision, and that the other provisions of the Conditions remain in full force and effect.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Node Medical Limited harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs including solicitors’ fees, arising from or related to your use of our services specified or unspecified on the website.
Updates to our terms and policies dated 22 May 2018
London Circumcision Centre’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are being updated, effective 22 May 2018. We’re making these changes to keep pace with our growing international user base and expanded services, and to ensure that we continue to be transparent about our practices. These updates also address new requirements under the European Union (EU) data protection law, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which goes into effect on May 25, 2018. We encourage you to read the updated Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, but we wanted to give you a summary of a few items that may be important to you.
Privacy: We restructured our Privacy Policy to clarify how we collect, use, process, and share personal information. It also explains the rights and choices you have regarding your personal information (and that of visitors to our websites), including the ability to access, correct, and delete it.
International Growth: In recognition of the global nature of our user base, Node Medical (SPHS) Limited will provide services to users outside Europe. For users who are not residents of or who do not have their principal place of business in the UK, the Terms of Service will be an agreement with Node Medical Limited, and the laws of the UK will apply. Suppose you are a resident of or have your principal place of business in the UK or any of its territories or possessions. In that case, the Terms of Service will be an agreement with Node Medical Limited, and the laws of England and Wales will apply.

Services Provided: We revised the terms to clarify our relationship with users regarding what we do and what we provide as part of our services. We also made changes such as raising the minimum age of our users from thirteen (13) to sixteen (16) years old.
