Our Leyton clinic offers the full range of circumcision services for every age group, performed in a dedicated surgical theatre designed for infection prevention, with the technique selected to suit the patient's age, anatomy and clinical needs.
We also assess and treat adult foreskin conditions including phimosis, balanitis, balanitis xerotica obliterans (BXO/lichen sclerosus) and paraphimosis. All procedures are performed under local anaesthetic, with needle-free anaesthesia available for patients with needle phobia.

For newborns we usually recommend the Circumplast ring. For adults, the choice of ZSR stapler, glue or stitches is discussed at consultation, along with the style of circumcision you prefer. Your surgeon will recommend the safest option for your age and anatomy.
